Hello, hello!

I just wanted to let you know that I am not neglecting you, or the blog, but this is an insanely busy week for me.  If I have the time to post some recipes or anything interesting, I will.  Also I should have a wonderfully easy and delicious recipe for beef shanks braised in red wine [and hopefully some pictures!] at the end of this weekend! Until then, I must focus on my schoolwork!
